Yes, I am licensed with the state as a psychologist and health service provider.  

What are your hours?

Monday through Friday, first appointment is at 10:00 and last is at 6:00.

Yes, I do. 

How long does it take to get an appointment?

For daytime appointments, it is usually within a week. For evening appointments, it can take a few weeks. 

How do I get an appointment? 

Just call me (615-278-8469) or email me (through the contact me page). I return my calls the day I receive them, although that is sometimes at the end of my day, around 7 PM.

No, I just see adults.  

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Cash, checks, and credit or debit cards are all okay. I can also accept Health Spending account cards. 

How long are appointments?

45 minutes. We start on the hour, and finish at 15 minutes before the next hour.

Are you in network for my insurance?

Probably. I am in network for BCBS, Cigna, Magellan, Value Options, United Health Care, Golden Rule, Humana, and Tricare. I am not in network for TennCare or any form of Medicare or Medicaid.
